Duties
Accountable
for meeting contract requirements, company policies,
procedures, and safety performance standards in compliance with all
federal, state, local, and company safety regulations.
Responsible
for prompt reporting of accidents, incidents, injuries,
“near miss”, and hazardous situations/violations to immediate Supervisor
or Site Manager.
Perform
all duties and responsibilities outlined in applicable Air Force
directives pertaining to the Procedures Department.
General
working hours are day shift (0700 – 1600), however, personnel
may be required to work shifts outside of day shift contingent upon
workload demands.
Personnel
are responsible for work center cleanliness and must respond
to a wide array of operational situations as they arise.
Schedules
and conducts all internal surveillance and audit visits to all
Supply, Fuels, and Transportation functions as directed by DEL-JEN, Inc.
(DJI), Logistics Quality Management Program, and AFMAN 23-110.
Enforce
ISO 9001-2000 standards within DJI, Logistics.
Monitor
Service Delivery Summary items in Service Contract.
Prepare
reports and follow-up correspondence on inspections, audits,
and staff visits.
Responsible
to the Wing Commander as the Wing Report of Survey
(ROS) Program Manager.
Perform
administrative skills, prepare & receive AF messages through
DMS system, classified up to SECRET.
Develop
presentations for senior leadership review.
Prepare
inputs to budget and spend plan for Government-furnished
requirements.
POC
for DJI, Logistics Unit Control Center (UCC).
Oversees
status of deployable equipment for report through the ART
system.
Acts
as Unit Emergency Management Operations Representative,
coordinating all unit emergency response actions between DJI, Logistics
and base agencies.
Manages,
reviews, updates, and coordinates on all Wing plans affecting
DJI, Logistics operations and support.
Acts
as Unit Functional Areas Agreement Coordinator for all support
agreements between the host base and tenant units and off-base agencies
ensuring contractor support is viable and in accordance to existing
contract requirements.
As
War Reserve Material Manager, oversee requirements, storage, and
care, reporting any changes and discrepancies to management as required.
Maintains
functional area files according to Air Force file maintenance
requirements ensuring document files are filed, archived, and disposed
of according to Air Force documentation guidelines.
Minimum
Qualifications (Required)
Must
have a minimum of three years experience in Supply, Fuels or
Transportation, recent experience preferred (within past 5-years).
Must
have knowledge of SBSS computer, automated IEE, AFEMS,
SATS, and wholesale Logistics data retrieval systems (D035, D043, etc.).
Must
be able to frequently manage multiple tasks simultaneously with
ease, interpret supply information, and make
informed logistics decisions.
Must
have at least two years experience working with ISO 90001-2000
quality management standards.
Must
have the skills & ability to effectively communicate, verbally and
written, with customers at all levels of
command, i.e., 42 squadron commanders, group commanders, staff judge
advocate office, accountable officers, investigating officials, and unit
ROS monitors.
May
be required to obtain SECRET/SAR clearance in support of the
F-22A program.
Must
take pre-employment physical and pass drug screening.
Must
be able to lift 50 pounds unassisted.
Minimum
Qualifications (Preferred)
Excellent
verbal and written communication skills.
High
School graduate or equivalent.
A 90-day probationary period is mandatory.
