General Requirements:

Project Managers: Direct and coordinate facilities maintenance and repair, electrical and mechanical systems, utilities, work reception, customer service, computerized maintenance management, grounds, pest and environmental. Interface with personnel at all levels. 5 to 10 years of experience managing a large public works operation, preferably for the U.S. military. BS in Engineering or Management. Possess or able to obtain a Security Clearance.

Department Managers & Supervisors: Production Managers, Utilities Managers, Structural Managers, Grounds Managers to plan, assign, supervise and report work requirements for US Government customers. Licenses and/or degree required where appropriate. Minimum 5 years experience.

Quality Managers: Minimum 5 years experience with ISO 9000-based quality systems, audits and inspections. Military experience (direct or contract) preferred.

Safety Managers: Minimum 5 years experience with all aspects of safety programs including training, inspection and team-building. Military experience (direct or contract) preferred.
