Multi-state IDIQ Design/Build for the Army Corps of Engineers

This $50 million contract is for renovation and construction of Army Reserve Centers for the Corps of Engineers, Louisville District. We serve on this project as the mentor partner in a Joint Venture called PRI/DJI, where Project Resources, Inc. is a small business partner that joined with our team under the Small Business Administration’s Mentor-Protégé program.  Our performance for the Louisville Corps of Engineers has been outstanding. We were able to get started on our first task order three months ahead of schedule due to our experienced on-site staff and pre-planned start-up activities. Since then we have provided construction projects in Illinois, Michigan, Virginia, Pennsylvania, and Kentucky.
