7-State Northwest Regional JOC, U.S. Navy

DEL-JEN served as the prime contractor for this $85 million Northwest Regional Job Order Contract (JOC ) that covered the states of Washington, Idaho, Montana, Oregon, California, Utah and Nevada. We were tasked with a wide range of critical delivery orders that often needed to be completed at the same time.  During one period, our team was managing 198 active orders at 26 site locations, for projects ranging from a $2,000 painting job to a $7 million repair of a military airfield.
