DEL-JEN provides civil engineering services at MacDill AFB as a major subcontractor to a small business on a 10-year contract. MacDill AFB serves more than 7,000 military and civilian personnel and supports several high-profile tenant organizations, including U.S. Central Command and U.S. Special Operations Command.  Our team is responsible for military family housing, base-wide environmental programs, facility maintenance, and utilities.

Team MacDill has an exceptional record at this highly secure base. Our team has received three award fees of 101%, multiple 100% and 99% ratings, and an “Outstanding Institution Award” for our recycling and environmental program.
