Base Civil Engineering Services

DEL-JEN is the base Civil Engineer at Hanscom AFB, the leading center for the development and acquisition of electronic command and control defense systems for the United States Air Force. Our services include customer support and service order response; infrastructure and facilities maintenance; physical plant operations; environmental protection services; architectural and engineering services; construction services; property management; financial management; disaster preparedness; and emergency operations.

DEL-JEN is the first private contractor to be given the lead responsibility for civil engineering at Hanscom – so far our first three award fee ratings from the Air Force have all been “Excellent,” an outstanding achievement that we expect will continue for the length of our service at the base.
