Public Works Management

DEL-JEN is the public works provider at this unique, high-profile Naval institution. We serve as the majority partner in a Joint Venture called Academy Facility Management (AFM). Our responsibilities include facilities maintenance, grounds, utility operations and maintenance, family housing management, and transportation services. We are the first private contractor team to be given this responsibility at the Naval Academy.
