Triple ISO Certification for Base Operating Support Services

DEL-JEN is the prime contractor for base operating support services at Laughlin AFB, home to the 47^th Flying Training Wing.  We provide civil engineering, fuels, supply, transportation, and airfield management services to support the Air Force’s Air Education Training Command (AETC) Specialized Undergraduate Flying Training mission.  We operate and maintain 820 facilities at Laughlin AFB and manage supply operations for assets worth over $337 million.

Our Laughlin team has received three Quality Management certifications based on the International Organization for Standardization (ISO).  All DJI contracts are performed in accordance with the ISO quality control standards, but at Laughlin AFB, we took the extra step of receiving a full certification for ISO 9001 (quality management), ISO 14001 (environmental management), and OSHAS 18001 (health and safety). These certifications require concrete proof of a mature and highly effective quality management system and are certified by a third-party independent auditor.
